2023 Cross Country Info
Attending Leesville Road Fall 2023? We have a growing Cross Country (XC) Team. Summer running and workouts starting in June with a fun and social team! New runners, we will help you get started.

We will be starting up with a Breakfast Run at Umstead Park on 6/10. Returning Athletes, New Athletes, Parents, Coaches… all are welcome to run, walk, hang out, help with food.
Dragonfly. Athletes need to get registered for 2023-2024 Dragonfly for Cross Country (add Indoor Track and Outdoor Track while doing that also, save time later). If you need blank medical forms and cannot find them easily, email me. Load as much as you can, and contact me if questions.
